My care philosophy.

Life can be hard - and painful. I've been there too.

I understand the difficulty in seeking help, but taking this brave step is essential on the path towards healing.

I believe you will find me to be an empathic listener, committed to creating a safe and supportive environment where you can feel heard and understood. Together, we will work towards achieving your goals and improving your overall well-being.

What to know about me.

I am very much a holistic practitioner. My priority is truly getting to know you - not as a checklist of symptoms - but as the complex human being that you are. I believe that only with this kind of depth of understanding can a practitioner truly know how to help a person heal.

I am also intimately familiar - on a personal level - with what it's like to live with mental and emotional struggles. I've supported multiple family members of mine through their anxiety, depression, ADHD, learning disorder, OCD, and autism. I believe this experience has afforded me the unusual measure of compassion that I bring to the care of my patients.

As a husband, father of three (and dog dad), I deeply value - and understand- the importance of family. So I’m not only committed to understanding your unique needs, but also to understanding any important family dynamics in your life. And for that matter, identifying any factors in the larger ‘ecosystem’ around you - career, school, friends, community, etc - which may prove to be important keys to helping you heal.
